My name is Colleen Garcia, Founding Consultant and Leader with Clever Container. I am a dedicated professional looking to help individuals become more organized (even as I, myself, work to achieve that same goal). By offering to provide quality products and solutions to my clients, I not only have the chance to enhance my own life, but the lives of others I have the pleasure of helping. As a wife and a mother to six wonderful children, I can truly understand the challenges of trying to "keep it all together". I began researching this company in June of 2008, and was super excited about the prospect of working with them. I needed to get a few things in order, but I began working diligently toward my goal of signing up. In December of 2008, I sent in my paperwork! My business launch was held on January 16 and 17 of 2009. I have been having the best time. I think this will prove to be the best decision I have ever made (aside from marrying my husband and having my wonderful children - obviously). Company history During July of 2006, friends Karen Eschebach, a professional organizer, and Jennifer Weaver, a stay-at-home mom, had a light bulb moment! Why not bring organizing tools and techniques to those that can benefit most from it; EVERYONE! The Clever Container Company was created in August of 2006. After a trip to Washington D.C. to participate in the Direct Selling Association (DSA) training for start-up companies, the concept of Clever Container continued to unfold. Clever Container joined the DSA in September 2006 and obtained full membership in June 2008. DSA is the trade association of the leading firms that manufacture and distribute goods and services sold directly to consumers away from a fixed retail location. Clever Container supports the Association's " Code of Ethics ," a promise to uphold the highest set of business practices. After many successful vendor shows, Clever Container introduced their Organizing Party format in January 2007. Then a chance article in the Business section of the Detroit News brought forth interest from various states across the U.S. and in March 2007 we launched our first consultants. Clever Container continues to grow as more and more Consultants join this unique business opportunity. Clever Container Consultants provide organizing tips, techniques and products to help simplify your life in a fun, relaxed setting. They will demonstrate the products, provide multiple uses, and share organizing tips which you can use as soon as you get home. Our motto is "It's not just the product, it's the process." Clever Container is committed to providing top quality, unique products and solutions to reduce the stress of an organizational task. For either $99 or $199, consultants receive loads of organizing tools and enough business materials for their first three shows. Clever Container offers consultants 25% base commissions, bonuses, and incentive trips if they choose to build their own teams and meet sales goals. Training opportunities include monthly meetings, online networking groups, and individual coaching by your team leader. While there is a $300 quarterly (every 3 months) minimum to maintain incentives and downlines, there is no doubt that most consultants will surpass that many times over! Consultants receive payment the night of the party, and orders are delivered directly to the hostesses. Clever Container also provides not one, but two hostess rewards at no charge to the consultant.
